Itinerary

Day 01: Mumbai To Chandigarh

Begin your journey by boarding the Paschim Express (Train No. 12905) from Bandra Terminals at 11:30 am, bound for Chandigarh/Ambala. Enjoy an overnight journey on the train as you anticipate the adventures ahead.

Day 02: Chandigarh/Ambala - Shimla

Upon reaching Chandigarh/Ambala, start your scenic drive towards Shimla. Arrive in Shimla by evening and check in at your hotel. Enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 03: Shimla

After a hearty breakfast, proceed to Kufri, the highest point in Shimla, known for its panoramic views and adventure activities. Later, visit Shimla’s famous Mall Road and the historic Christ Church. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 04: Shimla - Manali

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and embark on a picturesque journey to Manali. Upon arrival, visit the vibrant Mall Road and the renowned Hidimba Devi Temple. Settle in for dinner and an overnight stay in Manali.

Day 05: Manali

Post breakfast, head to the stunning Solang Valley. Spend the half-day playing in the snow and engaging in various snow activities. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Manali.

Day 06: Manali - Kullu

After breakfast, travel to Kullu. Here, you can indulge in paragliding and river rafting (at your own cost) and visit the famous shawl factory. Enjoy your evening and an overnight stay in Kullu.

Day 07: Kullu to Dharamshala

Following breakfast, proceed to Dharamshala. Visit the HPCA cricket stadium and explore the local market. Check into your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 08: Dharamshala

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour in Dharamshala. Visit the Dalai Lama Temple, Dal Lake, Bhagsu Nag Temple, and the Kangra Art Museum. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 09: Dharamshala - Amritsar

Post breakfast, travel to Amritsar. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Later, proceed to the Atari Border (Wagha Border) to witness the flag-lowering ceremony. In the evening, marvel at the night view of the Golden Temple before returning to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 10: Amritsar - Mumbai

After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Spend your day visiting Jallianwala Bagh and enjoying a daytime view of the Golden Temple. Partake in lunch at the temple's langar and enjoy some free time for shopping at the Amritsar Market. In the evening, transfer to the Amritsar Railway Station to board the Golden Temple train (Train No. 12904), departing for Mumbai at 6:55 pm.

Day 11: Mumbai

Arrive back in Mumbai with cherished memories of your incredible journey through Northern India.

  • Food served will be local menu and what people generally eat in the region One cannot expect hotel like services in homestays.
  • Conditions in winters are extremely harsh, Dry toilets will be used as Water in the pipelines freezes so no running water will be available.
  • Locals have limited supply of wood so Bukhari will work for limited time.
  • Air is thin and dry winds flow during winters, you have to take care of your own health.

  • Cancellations done 29 - 15 days prior to date of departure 40% of the total trip cost would be charged as cancellation fees
  • Cancellations done 14 - 7 days prior to date of departure 70% of the total trip cost would be charged as cancellation fees
